Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the bika99 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bika99 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Updated terms take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the bika99 platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. bika99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur through their accounts.
- Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
- Users must notify bika99 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
- Bika99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
- The use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the bika99 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
- Impersonating another user, bika99 staff, or any third party.
- Disrupting or impairing the normal functioning of the platform in any way.
- Using any method to manipulate game outcomes or the payment system.
Bika99 reserves the right to investigate any complaints relating to violations of these rules and to take appropriate action, including account termination and legal proceedings where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All financial transactions on the bika99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to, internet banking (FPX), digital wallets (TNG eWallet), and bank transfers via Malaysian financial institutions such as Maybank and CIMB.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. bika99 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or issues on the part of the payment provider.
Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. bika99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days under normal circumstances.
Any activity suspected of financial fraud, money laundering, or payment system abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account involved will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Bika99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk.
All content on the bika99 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of bika99 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from bika99.
Bika99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or for other operational reasons. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach are not entitled to any compensation.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The bika99 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. bika99 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Bika99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the bika99 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate legal procedures in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in respect of any such disputes.
